the backstory-
my sister, my little brother, and I were playing Halo 3 over winter break. We would choose different rvb characters to play as and go into infinity slayer and beat the shit out of each other. On one particular match, I was Locus. The map we played in was Last Resort, which has a beach area, which i was immediately drawn to. The rest of the match was me trying to relax in the water on vacation while my sister, who was Felix, and my brother, who was wash, try to kill me in the water.
long story short i wanted to draw Locus on vacation

Felix's ridiculously happy expression made me giggle like a fiend. I absolutely love your version of Locus. It has the same menace that he has in armor.
